As a Green Drive Expo VIP, in addition to the regularly scheduled events that are open to the public, you will also have access to VIP-Only events.

 Green Drive Expo 2012 - Madison VIP-Only Events Schedule:

THURSDAY, JULY 19

All Thursday activities are for Green Drive Expo VIP only except where noted.

If you are already in town on Thursday night,  plan on coming to this pre-show event.  We'll show off our vehicles as part of the usual Classic Car Cruise Night at Quaker Steak & Lube

• 6:30 pm  Meet in hotel lobby to gather and then form a convoy of vehicles headed to QS&L (2259 Deming Way, Middleton, WI 53562.  12 miles from the hotel.)

• 7 pm: Arrive at QS&L and find a place to park.
  
• 7 pm - ???: Hang out, have a late supper and head back to the hotel.

FRIDAY, JULY 20

All Friday activities are for Green Drive Expo VIPs only except where noted.

• Noon – 9 pm: VIP check-in, light snacks available.
• Noon – 5 pm: VIP afternoon event
• 6 pm – 7 pm: Eat & Greet meal served (tickets must be ordered at time of registration)
• 7 pm - 8:30 p.m.: Ice cream social (open to all VIPs and their guests)
• 7:30 pm – 8 pm: MPG Challenge awards
• 9 pm: Reception ends

SATURDAY, JULY 21

Except where noted, all Saturday activities are indoors, in the Alliant Energy Center Exhibition Hall.

Saturday morning Green Drive Expo VIPs-only activities:

• 9:30 am – 9 pm: VIP check-in continues.
• 8:30 am: VIPs displaying green vehicles gather their vehicles in staging area
• 9:30 am: Vehicles proceed into the Fair Grounds for display in the Green Drive Expo "Owners Showcase"
• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm Pre-ordered VIP boxed lunches available for pickup; please present ticket from your check-in packet.

Saturday evening Green Drive Expo VIP-only activities: 

• 5:30 pm - 6 pm Hotel Manager's reception (Clarion Hotel)
• 6 pm - 7:30 pm Green Drive Expo Banquet (for those VIPs who pre-registered)
• 8:30 pm: Special after dinner events to be announced

Sunday morning Green Drive Expo VIP activities 8 am – noon.
