FRIDAY, September 14, 2012

• 7 pm - 8:00 pm: Ice cream social at the Official Hotel. Free to VIPs and their guests.
  

SATURDAY, September 15, 2012

Except where noted, all Saturday activities are at the Craneway Pavilion. 1414 Harbour Way S, Richmond, CA

Saturday morning Green Drive Expo Bay Area VIP activities:

• 8:45 am - 9 am: VIPs displaying green vehicles gather their vehicles in staging area. (On the curb of Harbour Way S, across from the designated handicapped parking area. See this Parking map) 
• 9 am: Vehicles proceed into the Pavilion for display in the Green Drive Expo Owners Showcase
• 4 pm: Vehicles are removed from the hall.

Saturday evening Green Drive Expo Bay Area VIP activities: 

Costs associated with these activities are not included in the VIP fee and the payment for food and drinks is the responsibility of each participant. Dinner options will be from a select number of items from the usual restaurant menu.

• 4:15 pm - 5 pm cash bar on site at the Boilerhouse Restaurant.
• 5 pm - 6:30 pm Dinner as a group at the Boilerhouse Restaurant.
  
•  7:30 pm: Special after dinner events at the hotel
