Owning a hybrid car, EV, NEV, biodiesel, smart Car, or other green vehicle is something special, and makes you unique. Green Drive Expo is a great place to celebrate that uniqueness and spend time with fellow owners.
Become a Green Drive Expo Member and join owners from around the country who come together for this annual event! It is the largest gathering of owners of its kind and last year people came from 25 different states including Washington, California, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, Ohio and Michigan.
Although the public portion of Green Drive Expo spans two days (Saturday, July 17, and Sunday, July 18, 2010), if you become a Green Drive Expo member you'll have access to even more fun and camaraderie including:
- Green Car Cruise-in Thursday evening July 15
- An extra day of activities on Friday, July 16
- Post-show activities Saturday evening, July 17
- Pre-show activities Sunday morning, July 18
Membership Registration for Green Drive Expo in Madison is $75 per person. Meals are extra.

Green Drive Expo members must be at least 16 years old. Green Drive Expo members are invited to bring their children (15 and younger) to the member-only areas & gatherings at no extra charge other than meal fees.
Membership is valid for one calendar year for Green Drive Expo events in Madison, WI.

THURSDAY, JULY 15
All activities are for Green Drive Expo members only.
- 7 pm- 9 pm Green Drive Cruise-In at Quaker Steak & Lube in Middleton (Free to attend. Meal on your own.)
FRIDAY, JULY 16
All Friday activities are for Green Drive Expo members only.
- 12:15 pm – 8 pm: Member check-in, light snacks available.
- 12:30 p.m.– 5 pm: MPG Challenge
- 6 pm – 7 pm: Eat & Greet meal served (tickets must be ordered at time of registration)
- 7 pm - 8:30 pm: Ice cream social (open to all members and their guests)
- 7:30 pm – 8 pm: MPG Challenge awards
- 8 pm: Reception ends
SATURDAY, JULY 17
Except where noted, all Saturday activities are indoors, in the Alliant Energy Center Exhibition Hall.
Saturday morning Green Drive Expo members-only activities:
- 10 am – 5 pm: Member check-in continues.
- 8:30 am: Members displaying green vehicles gather their vehicles in staging area
- 9:30 am: Vehicles proceed into the Fair Grounds for display in the Green Drive Expo "Owners Showcase"
- Noon - 1 Pre-ordered member boxed lunches available for pickup; please present ticket from your check-in packet.
- Saturday evening Green Drive Expo members-only activities:
- 5 pm - 6:15 p.m. Green Drive Expo Cocktail hour
- 6:15 pm - 7:30 p.m. Green Drive Expo Banquet (for those Members who pre-registered)
- 8 pm: Special after dinner events to be announced
SUNDAY, JULY 18
Sunday morning Green Drive Expo members-only activities 9:30 a.m. – noon.
Technical Sessions
- 9:30 am – 10:30 am: PHEV Owner moderated panel discussion.
